Seniors and staff at a pair of local nursing homes are helping our four-legged friends have a happy holiday season. At UMH, Summer Fun Days were coordinated as a way to show thanks and acknowledge the day to day hard work that goes on in our communities. Picnics and cookouts, celebrity chef series, pie eating contests, blessing of the hands, staff photo galleries, iced coffee deliveries, and ice cream sundaes were a few of the events staff enjoyed. United Methodist Homes has a 140-year tradition of caring. That caring is based on a mission and values that we, and those before us, have cultivated since 1872.
